This site will chronicle my journey to good health, utilizing a primal/paleo approach. It’s an approach I successfully have toyed with in the past (specifically, with Mark Sisson’s Primal Blueprint books and 30 Day Challenges at MarksDailyApple, along with several other blogs and websites you’ll see me reference as you accompany me on this journey), but have never had the willpower to stick with it. Let’s see if this time is any different.
